Senior Project Manager | eClinical
May 21, 2026
We are looking for seasoned Senior Project Managers who is ready to take full ownership of high-impact projects. At our core, we value delivery over slides and results over rigid hierarchy.
Our product is a SaaS eClinical platform designed for managing clinical trials and various business processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Our clients include biotech and pharmaceutical companies, as well as Contract Research Organizations (CROs) that outsource clinical trial management.
If you have a deep background in eClinical solutions and want to transition from being a cog in the machine to a key driver of product and process, we want to talk to you.
You will lead complex system implementations from pre-sales through to go-live: consulting with clients, navigating complex data migrations, and ensuring our product scales within large life sciences organizations.
What You’ll Do
- Full Lifecycle Ownership: Direct involvement in project scoping, timeline estimation, budget management, and product consulting.
- Implementation Strategy: Manage the rollout of EDC, CTMS, or eTMF systems, including ERP integrations and legacy data migrations.
- Strategic Influence: Use your market insights to help us refine how we structure implementations and improve our product.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary lead for large-scale clients, managing their expectations while maintaining project integrity.
Who You Are
- 3–8+ years in the eClinical or Life Sciences SaaS space.
- Hands-on experience with eTMF, CTMS, or EDC (EDC experience is a massive plus).
- You understand how the big players do it, but you’re ready for something more agile.
- You know how to handle scope creep and unrealistic deadlines with professional diplomacy and data-backed solutions.
- Advanced English, German is a big plus
Job conditions:
- Flexible work schedule
- Fully remote
- Annual leave (depends on contract type)
- Sick days fully paid by the company (depends on contract type)
- Competitive compensation depending on experience and skills
- Awesome team of highly qualified professionals
- Open door policy; low bureaucracy level
How we work:
- We care more about the things you do rather than your set working hours. We have flexible start hours from 8:00 to 11:00. Participating in meetings with clients and (fixed) team meetings is important.
- We value respect, transparency, proactivity, openness, and a positive approach. We care about our team’s mental health and happiness, which is why we follow an open-door policy and accept constructive feedback from both sides.
- We believe in teamwork with our clients and employees and build long-lasting, trusted relationships.
