Business Development Manager/Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Associate to join and contribute to the company’s business development and sales team in Europe and deliver sales goals. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver on sales goals of eClinical Software as a Service product for pharmaceuticals 
  • Actively search for new potential clients 
  • Understand the needs of the potential clients, qualify them as to how company’s products match those needs 
  • Lead client through sales process until contract execution. Formally transfer project to Operations. Remain responsible for account management 
  • Attend industry shows, set up meetings at shows, and perform follow-up with potential clients 
  • Act as a liaison between clients and operational staff on an as needed basis 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven business development, sales experience in clinical trials industry, eClinical Software, EDC specifically is a plus 
  • Have an active interest in recent trends of clinical trials and/or IT SaaS 
  • Excellent English both spoken and written 
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Excellent customer service skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Problem-solving attitude, creative approach to work 
  • German, Spanish is a plus
