Business Development Manager/Associate

We are looking for a Business Development Manager/Associate to join and contribute to the company’s business development and sales team in Europe and deliver sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver on sales goals of eClinical Software as a Service product for pharmaceuticals
- Actively search for new potential clients
- Understand the needs of the potential clients, qualify them as to how company’s products match those needs
- Lead client through sales process until contract execution. Formally transfer project to Operations. Remain responsible for account management
- Attend industry shows, set up meetings at shows, and perform follow-up with potential clients
- Act as a liaison between clients and operational staff on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
- Proven business development, sales experience in clinical trials industry, eClinical Software, EDC specifically is a plus
- Have an active interest in recent trends of clinical trials and/or IT SaaS
- Excellent English both spoken and written
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently
- Problem-solving attitude, creative approach to work
- German, Spanish is a plus
