The Flex Databases team is looking for a QA Engineer / Tester.

We are driven by our high mission to make an impact in the Life Sciences industry. We provide flexible e-Clinical software systems for Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical companies.
We work globally with clients all over the world, with our own offices located in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, and the US. The position is fully remote.
Responsibilities:
- Functional Testing using checks, cases, and tasks.
- Checks and cases creation and support.
- Bug reports creation and testing.
- Creating documents.
- Analyzing and evaluating incoming requirements.
- Working with tasks at the beginning of the life cycle (AIO tests).
- Creating automated tests with support from developers/senior testers.
- API testing using other clients (Swagger/Postman, etc.).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance
- Intermediate or higher level in English
- Confidence in using Jira and Confluence
- Script development in alignment with fundamental testing methodologies
- Understanding of APIs
- Basic understanding of SQL
- Knowledge of SCRUM/Kanban
- You can communicate fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences with colleagues.
- You are able to identify and negotiate your own development opportunities.
