October User Group Meeting Recap: New eTMF Features, Client Feedback, and Future Plans

A new round of our traditional meetings took place in October. This time, we gathered our beloved users to discuss the use of eTMF – from everyday activities to audit preparation. We reviewed how newly released features, such as duplicate search, quality review, and metadata notifications, influence TMF workflows.

It appeared not everyone was using these features, so we had a chance to present them. Additionally, we pre-launched the content comparison function—soon, we’ll present to the market a feature for text comparison between two documents, whether in Word or PDF format. Everyone was impressed, as no other eTMF currently offers this feature.

In addition to the highlighted topics, we gathered insights from CMIC, Ergomed, and Everest, with a focus on evaluating and potentially implementing their suggestions.

In summary, 27 users attended this meeting, 5 great ideas were added to our Ideas Lab, and 3 features were presented. We agreed to hold another user group meeting by the end of 2024, with the topic suggested by attendees.

We’d like to take this opportunity to thank our clients for playing an important role in product development and for keeping us inspired and engaged.

The Quiet Revolution in TMF: How AI Document Classification Turns Routine into a Background Task

AI in Trial Master File management has quietly stopped being a someday idea. It’s not a pilot and it’s not a roadmap promise – it’s something clinical teams reach for on an ordinary Tuesday.
