We Are Hiring: Marketing Associate

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team and contribute to building a strong brand presence, managing outreach activities, and supporting day-to-day marketing operations. 

This role combines coordination, communication, and creativity. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy switching between various types of tasks and learning quickly in a dynamic environment.  

What You’ll Do 

  • Assist in organizing internal and external events (planning, bookings, and coordination with vendors). 
  • Coordinate with design and production vendors (e.g., printing, branded materials). 
  • Support PR and media outreach activities: prepare and send press materials, track coverage, and maintain media contacts. 
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and assist in reporting on PR and marketing results. 
  • Contribute to content creation and communication help prepare social media posts, internal updates, newsletters, and website materials (with minimal design work). 
  • Manage small administrative and operational tasks to keep marketing workflows smooth. 

What We Expect 

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, PR, or event coordination (internship or part-time experience also welcome). 
  • Strong organizational skills: able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 
  • Excellent written English and communication skills. 
  • Initiative, adaptability, and attention to detail, a “can-do” mindset. 
  • Confident with basic marketing or productivity tools (Google Workspace / MS Office, Canva or similar). 
  • Experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) for content drafting or idea generation. 
  • Willingness to learn new tools and contribute to process improvement. 

Nice to Have 

  • Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Figma, CapCut, etc.) — a plus, not a must. 
  • SMM experience 
  • Previous experience with PR or media outreach campaigns. 
  • Experience organizing events or working with vendors.
