Configurable QMS to stay on top of your quality processes

Feb 23, 2023

Implementing Quality Management System might be a struggle. You have it perfect on paper, but you must comply with the harsh reality of your software vendor’s system logic.

Well, it’s not a problem anymore with Flex Databases QMS. In our most recent update, we’ve made every process within QMS fully configurable. You get the LEGO blocks of different action items, a scheme being our default process workflow, and you can build it HOWEVER you want. Simply. Moving. Blocks. Around.

What can you change? Anything, basically, but here are a few examples:

  • Audit initiation flow
  • Audit preparation flow
  • CAPA management
  • SOP creation
  • …and the list goes on, and on, and on

Do you have a longer than usual audit initiation process? Add as many steps as you’d like. Or, for example, your SOP creation flow requires a leveled approval process? Bring them on in the flow, and the system will add them to the process.

Our default workflows are also decent, so you can just plug and play right away. Does it sound like something you’d like to try? Send us a request to bd@flexdatabases.com
