Hiring Closed: eClinical Product Trainer

Applications for this position are now closed and no longer being reviewed.

At Flex Databases, we’re on a mission to make a real impact in the Life Sciences industry with our CTMS, eTMF, and other systems for Life Sciences. Our platform supports Clinical Research Organizations and pharmaceutical companies across the globe in managing the complex world of clinical trials with greater clarity and efficiency.

Now, we’re looking for a Product Trainer with hands-on experience in clinical research software to join our Product Management team. If you’re someone who thrives at the intersection of communication, product, and client enablement – this might be your next role.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a key part of how our clients learn, adopt, and succeed with our platform. Your work will be all about clarity, confidence, and connection:

Client Training & Education

  • Deliver product training sessions – both remote and on-site – tailored to specific client roles and workflows.
  • Develop structured, high-quality training materials: presentations, documentation, interactive guides, and recorded content.
  • Keep training style aligned with product strategy and our overall brand voice.
  • Provide follow-up training for clients adopting new modules, switching feature sets, or updating internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with our CSM team to support onboarding and increase system adoption.

Product Collaboration

  • Work hand-in-hand with Product Managers, Analysts, Designers, and CSMs to make sure training reflects the product’s logic and intent.
  • Share insights and feedback gathered during training sessions to help improve features, usability, and messaging.
  • Act as a bridge between how the product is designed, explained, and experienced.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in the Clinical Trials domain is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Product Trainer, Client Trainer, or similar in a SaaS, B2B tech environment or Clinical Trials domain.
  • Solid understanding of training methodologies and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills – fluent in English (C1 or higher).
  • Analytical mindset with strong client empathy.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within remote teams.
  • Legal residence in the EU.
  • Willingness to dive deep into the life sciences industry and clinical trial systems.

It’s a bonus if you also have

  • Familiarity with tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Miro, Figma, LMS platforms, Confluence, and MS Office.
  • Experience in agile environments and with product management tools.
  • Involvement in product demos or RFP responses.

Why join Flex Databases?

  • Work on a mission-driven product in a high-impact industry.
  • Grow professionally with plenty of learning and development opportunities.
  • Flexible schedules and remote-first culture – or join us in our offices in the Czech Republic or Turkey.
  • A collaborative, qualified team with a low-bureaucracy, open-door mindset.
  • Extra sick days and annual leave depending on contract type.

How we work?

  • We prioritize results over rigid working hours, offering flexible start times between 8:00 and 11:00. Client meetings and team calls take priority, but the focus remains on your output.
  • Our culture values respect, transparency, and positivity. We maintain an open-door policy, encouraging constructive feedback and fostering a supportive work environment.
  • We believe in teamwork with our clients and employees and build long-lasting trusted relationships.
