We Are Hiring: System Analyst

We work globally with clients all over the world, with our own offices located in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, and the US. 

Key responsibilities:

Requirement gathering & documentation:

  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and mind mapping.
  • Create, refactor, and always keep updated the system documentation:
  • URS (User Requirements Specification): for user-level requirements and stories
  • PRD (Product Requirements Document): for description of what to develop (for all the team and external stakeholders)
  • RN (release Notes): for description of features or enhancements delivered, Customer training responsibility

Collaboration & communication:

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team.
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, including developers, testers, and customer success managers.
  • Provide support for the creation of test scenarios and assist in the delivery and UAT of product increments.

Process improvement & mentorship:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the deployment of new technologies.
  • Act as a mentor to junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Support the analysis techniques and practices within the analyst workgroup.

Client engagement:

  • Participate in client-facing activities, including consultations and problem-solving interviews.
  • Acquire and apply business domain knowledge to enhance product development.
  • Assist in the development of product roadmaps and support the customer success team in project scoping and backlog prioritization.

Typical tasks include formalizing change requests from customer consultations into user stories, designing workflows, specifying integration logic with third-party systems, creating reports, designing document templates and permissions.

Requirements:

  • English language: Advanced
  • Russian language: Advanced
  • 3+ years of experience in the Tech industry as an Analyst
  • Strong understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and stakeholder analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in mentoring colleagues.
  • Experience in the Clinical Trials domain is a plus. 

Technical knowledge and experience:

  • MS Office, basic knowledge of web applications and relational databases.
  • UML basics, basic SQL knowledge (select).
  • Any diagramming tools (MS Visio, Draw.io).
  • Data integration approaches/transfer protocols (file transfer, SMTP, HTTP, soap, mq).
  • Data exchange formats (XML, JSON), API.
