Flex Databases is looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our Customer Success Management team, based in our Prague office. While this role can be fully remote within Czech Republic, you must be available to visit the office for occasional client meetings. 

Required location: Prague

As an Associate Project Manager at Flex Databases, you’ll be on the front lines supporting our clients’ clinical operations teams – contributing daily to projects that benefit people around the globe. 

We serve clients worldwide, with offices in Europe, Turkey, and the United States. 

 
What you’ll do: 

  • Manage own projects (under supervision) and assist Project Manager(s) in defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support Company’s business goals, in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders 
  • Prepare, review and manage project documentation throughout project lifecycle according to the Company’s Quality Management System 
  • Organize and attend client meetings, assist with business requirements clarification 
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans 
  • Identify, develop, and grow business relationships critical for the project success 
  • Communicate ideas to improve company processes with a constructive attitude and foster positive team spirit  

What we expect: 

Proficient English language, both spoken and written 

Familiarity with different project management tools and methodologies  

At least 6 months’ of hands-on project management experience 

Microsoft 365 proficient; comfortable using AI for idea generation and administrative task management 

Able to stay organized and deliver results under pressure, quickly adapting to shifting priorities, requirements, and timelines across the project lifecycle 

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail  

Effective communication including written, verbal and presentation skills  

Quick learner with a willingness to understand and apply new technologies  

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including management, clients, and other departments  

Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills. Customer service skills are an asset 

Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to research project- and product-related issues 

Nice to have: 

  • German language is an advantage 
  • Work experience in project administration and coordination would be an asset 
  • Experience in the clinical research industry is an advantage
