Open Position: System Analyst

Key Responsibilities 

Requirement Gathering & Documentation: 

  • Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, and mind mapping. 
  • Create, refactor, and maintain up-to-date system documentation: 
  • URS (User Requirements Specification): User-level requirements and stories. 
  • PRD (Product Requirements Document): Development specifications for the team and external stakeholders. 
  • RN (Release Notes): Descriptions of delivered features or enhancements and customer training materials. 

Collaboration & Communication: 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, ensuring clear communication of requirements to the development team. 
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, including developers, testers, and customer success managers. 
  • Support the creation of test scenarios and assist in the delivery and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of product increments. 

Process Improvement & Mentorship: 

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in the deployment of new technologies. 
  • Act as a mentor to junior analysts, sharing knowledge and best practices. 
  • Support analysis techniques and standards within the analyst workgroup. 

Client Engagement: 

  • Participate in client-facing activities, including consultations and problem-solving interviews. 
  • Acquire and apply business domain knowledge to enhance product development. 
  • Assist in developing product roadmaps and support the customer success team in project scoping and backlog prioritization. 

Typical Tasks: 

Formalizing change requests from customer consultations into user stories, designing workflows, specifying integration logic with third-party systems, creating reports, and designing document templates and permissions. 

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in the Tech industry. 
  • Advanced (C1) English and Russian level. 
  • Strong requirement elicitation and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office, basic SQL, UML, and any diagramming tool (e.g., Lucid chart, Miro, Draw.io). 
  • Knowledge of APIs, data formats (XML, JSON), and data integration approaches. 
  • Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) and the ability to apply them to improve personal efficiency. 
  • Bonus: Experience in the Clinical Trials domain.
