Open Position: ASP.NET Developer

The Flex Databases team is seeking an ASP.NET Developer to join one of our Software Development teams.

Our product is a SaaS eClinical platform designed for managing clinical trials and various business processes in the pharmaceutical industry. Our clients include biotech and pharmaceutical companies, as well as Contract Research Organizations (CROs) that outsource clinical trial management.

The SCRUM team consists of a developer, an analyst, and a tester.

We use these technologies to create a stable and innovative product:

  • C#, JS
  • SQL, T-SQL
  • Microsoft ASP.NET Web Forms, Firebird, DevExtreme, DevExpress, Vanilla JS
  • IIS
  • IB Expert, Visual Studio, TFS

We work globally with clients worldwide, with offices in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, and the US.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete coding tasks by coding standards to achieve product deliverables within the Agile framework, focusing on code improvement.
  • Participate in requirements analysis.
  • Present ideas for system improvements
  • Help and support other colleagues on software development tasks.
  • Provide assistance to the Helpdesk team.
  • Improvement of the company’s auto-testing platform.

Soft skills:

  • Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences with colleagues.
  • Possesses potential mentorship experience and is ready to share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Identifies and negotiates own development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in similar roles
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Intermediate or higher level in English
  • Advanced Russian level

Technical knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of C#, Vanilla JS
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Knowledge of Microsoft ASP.NET Web Forms, Firebird, DevExtreme, DevExpress
  • Knowledge of IIS
  • Familiar with IBExpert, Visual Studio, TFS
