We are driven by our high mission to make an impact in the Life Sciences industry. We provide flexible e-Clinical software systems for Clinical Research Organizations (CROs) and pharmaceutical companies. 

We work globally with clients all over the world, with our own offices located in the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Turkey, and the US. The position is fully remote.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Functional and Acceptance testing using checks, test-cases, and tasks
  • Working closely and collaboratively with development team (software developers and analysts)
  • Test case and checklist creation and maintenance
  • Bug reporting and validation
  • Requirement analysis and evaluation
  • Testing tasks at the start of the development lifecycle (e.g., exploratory / acceptance / pairing with software developer)
  • Contributing to process improvements, increasing testing efficiency
  • API testing using tools like Swagger, Postman, etc.
  • Testing automation with support from senior testers/developers
  • Creating and maintaining relevant testing documentation

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of professional QA experience, with demonstrable achievements beyond routine execution
  • Strong understanding of the tester’s role in ensuring product quality
  • Critical thinking toward existing testing and development processes, and the ability to propose and being responsible improvements
  • Experience implementing or applying testing process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without continuous supervision
  • Solid communication skills — capable of conveying complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and deep understanding of the product modules you work with
  • Confidence using Jira and Confluence
  • Understanding of APIs
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Familiarity with Scrum framework and Kanban method
  • Strong team player who actively participates in team discussions and activities
  • Motivation to grow into an Automation Tester or Software Developer
