This fall BioClever, Spanish full-service CRO, and Flex Databases signed a contract for eTMFProject Management & Budgeting and Time Sheets & Utilization implementation.

We’ve asked Jordi Cantoni, Director at BioClever a couple of questions about the new partnership:

Why BioClever decided to implement eTMF, Project Management & Budgeting, Time Sheets & Utilization?

The main reason to decide to move to a global platform was the company improvement. With the implementation of Flex Databases in our company, we expect a significant improvement into the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as an easiest and better standardization of management tasks.

Why BioClever selected Flex Databases as a software provider?

After comparing different solutions to manager our company, we decided to select Flex Databases for three main reasons:

  • The possibility to manage all aspects of our company with a unique software solution.
  • The specialization in clinical trials and studies. Same language-talking.
  • The friendly front user and utilization.

What do you expect to achieve with the implementation of Flex Databases?

We are totally convinced that the implementation of Flex Databases will allow us to achieve a higher level of quality, improve efficiency and effectiveness, and a very important point, greater transparency and communication with our clients.

A total control of ours projects, in terms of resources dedication will be also improved and totally controlled will Flex Databases.
